Project summary
The project envisages the development of the project documentation which contains a list of the priority measures and an environmental impact study.
The implementation of the project’s priority measures will ensure good navigation along the Sava river on the critical section Jaruge – Novi Grad. It will increase cargo transport capacity on the Sava river and the functionality of the ports Slavonski Brod and Sisak. The development of the appropriate Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) study as well as the executing of procedure for its approval from the relevant authorities is planned in the project. This project also entails obtaining all required clearances and permits to start working on the improvement of the navigation on that section.
