Project summary

The project envisages implementation of acitivities with the aim of modernising the 6 existing Air traffic management (ATM) functionalities all EU Member States are required to implement.

Extended Arrival Management (AMAN) and Performance Based Navigation (PBN) in high density Terminal Manoeuvring Areas (TMAs), 2. Air Traffic Flow and Capacity Management, 3. Flexible Airspace Management (ASM) and Free Route, 4. Network Collaborative Management, 5. Initial System Wide Information Management (SWIM) and 6. Initial Trajectory Information Sharing). The project contributes to the development of SESAR (Single European Sky ATM Research) and is aimed at facilitating the coordinated implementation of the 69 project cluster in 27 Member States.
