This laid the foundation for future infrastructure investments aimed at improving regional connectivity, enhancing cross-border mobility, and supporting economic development in the affected areas.            <\/h3>\n            <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The traffic route\/road junction Sveta Helena &#8211;
