To protect the waters in front of the coastal wall, breakwater facilities will be constructed, one as the primary (main) one which will be formed by extending the existing pier, towards the east a breakwater will be constructed with a length of approximately 103.0 m with a break towards the interior, closing the waters by 45\u00b0, while the second facility as an auxiliary one is placed perpendicular to the line of the existing coastal wall. Between the primary and secondary breakwaters is the existing coastal wall, which is retained in its existing form, and is also used to support the pier supports that are constructed perpendicular to the shoreline. The project also envisages the procurement and installation of a 100kN jib crane based on a reinforced concrete prefabricated element, which will be used for lifting and lowering vessels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"c-blocks-section-header js-block-section-header\">\n    <div class=\"c-blocks-section-header__inner\">\n                    <h2 class=\"u-a3 c-blocks-section-header__title js-section-title\">\n                Project goal            <\/h2>\n                    <h3 class=\"u-a2 c-blocks-section-header__description\">\n                The reconstruction of the harbor basin &#8220;Glavni gat-Mulo&#8221; of the port of local importance Vrsi will provide a protected water area for the mooring of a total of 89 vessels for year-round communal berthing (43 new berths) and an additional 11 transit berths.            <\/h3>\n            <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The implementation of project activities will improve traffic and safety conditions in the Bay of Nin and in the wider part of northern Dalmatia, and ensure the availability of a greater number of safe, quality public transport connections to the local population and the general population.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The reconstruction of the port basin is planned in such a way that the existing coastline south of the main pier is arranged, and the first part of the existing breakwater is constructed by extending the old pier while the outside is covered with protective stonework.
