\n Project description <\/h2>\n

\n The project will build and reconstruct a total of 10,445 meters of road, of which 3,750 meters of new route around the settlements of Volavje and Petrovina, while the remaining part will be completely reconstructed to meet traffic and construction conditions and the level of safety. Bus stops and rest areas will be built, and on certain sections in the settlement, pedestrian paths will be built. The route of the planned project begins in the settlement of Volavje, then continues through Petrovina and then continues through the settlements of Brezari, Celine, Bel\u010di\u0107i, Bukovac Svetojanski and finally ends in the settlement of Draga Svetojanska. <\/h3>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The project is divided into four sections\/stages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Construction of the Volavje bypass, part of the \u017dC 3102, 3,130 meters long, of which 2,150 meters is a new road around the settlement of Volavje,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Construction of the Petrovina F1 bypass, 2,530 meters long, of which 1,600 meters is a new road around the Petrovina settlement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Construction of the Petrovina F2 bypass, 2,860 meters long<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Construction of the Petrovina F3 bypass, 1,925 meters long
    TOTAL LENGTH 10,445 meters, of which a total of 3,750 meters is the new section of the \u017dC 3102 road.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \n Project goal <\/h2>\n

    \n The project completely removes the identified traffic bottleneck on the section of the \u017dC 3102 through the settlements of Volavje and Petrovina, where transit and freight traffic takes place through a built-up residential area with a limited traffic profile. The construction of the bypass separates transit and local traffic, increases flow, eliminates delays and delays, and raises the level of road service. The project contributes to a more stable traffic flow, increases the reliability of public transport, reduces travel times, and increases the attractiveness of public transport. <\/h3>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    The purpose of the project is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Improve traffic connections and safety between settlements, cities and economic zones in the coverage area<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Remove infrastructural bottlenecks that currently limit public transport, access to educational, health and business facilities and hinder economic development<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Ensure balanced development of rural and urban areas by improving traffic conditions in smaller settlements and connecting them with regional centers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Improve the quality of life of local residents through shorter travel times, safer roads, and reduced risk of traffic accidents<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Provide better access to educational institutions – from primary and secondary schools to universities, thus facilitating the daily movement of children and young people who mostly use public passenger transport to carry out everyday activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
