Project description

The project consists of the construction of a road from the Dugi Rat junction to the Cetina bridge, and the construction of a connecting road from the Dugi Rat junction to the DC8 state road, where the project fits into the existing road network. The length of the main route, which includes the construction of ramps at the Dugi Rat junction, is approx. 3.5 km, and the length of the connecting road, which includes the approaches to the “Dugi Rat” roundabout on DC8, is approx. 1.6 km.

It includes the construction of several structures: the DUGI RAT tunnel, 852 m long, the DUGI RAT viaduct, 83.9 m long, the DUGI RAT – ARM 1 viaduct, 85.3 m long, the ROGAČ viaduct, 82.3 m long, the VAVLJE viaduct, 102.6 m long, the VOJNOVIĆI viaduct, 60.85 m long, the DUĆE passage, 120 m long, the MITEREZ passage, 196.2 m long, the “LJUT 1” tunnel, 147 m long, the “LJUT 2” tunnel, 486 m long, the “NAKLICE” viaduct, 68 m long, and part of the “KOMORJAK” tunnel.

Project goal

This project continues the construction of the Solin – Stobreč – Dugi Rat – Omiš road, whose construction had previously begun.

The project improves the connection to the TEN-T network, improves regional and local mobility in the form of improving the accessibility of smaller regional centers and rural areas, removes bottlenecks and increases traffic safety.
