Project summary

The project improved and increased the capacity of urban public transport by modernizing the operator’s fleet and procuring 15 suitable and safe vehicles for use on the passenger lines defined in the public service contract between local (regional) authorities and the operator.

The modernized fleet contributed to increased comfort and availability of public transport services, enhanced personal safety for both drivers and passengers, decreased vehicle maintenance costs, and reduced negative environmental impact by cutting greenhouse gas emissions through replacing 15 Euro 2 buses with vehicles conforming to the Euro 6 standard.
