Project summary

The project envisages the improvement and increase in the capacity of urban public transport by modernizing the operator’s fleet and procuring 15 suitable and safe vehicles for use on the passenger lines defined in the public service contract between local (regional) authorities and the operator.

A modern fleet will contribute to increased comfort and availability of the public transport service, increased personal safety in urban public transport for both drivers and passengers, decreased vehicle maintenance costs and reduced negative environmental impact by reducing greenhouse gas emissions (replacing 15 Euro 2 buses with vehicles conforming to the Euro 6 standard).
