Project description

The project involves the reconstruction of Coast of King Petar Krešimir IV, the pedestrian link between the passenger terminal and the Rab town centre, from pier 1 to pier 3 (approx 365 m) and the construction of pier 3 with a total length of ~44 m, width of ~8 m and an intervention surface area of 351,60 m2.

The reconstruction envisaged by the project is a follow-up to the rehabilitation of the Rab waterfront and forms a unique spatial, functional and formal whole with the existing structures. The newly constructed pier will be used for the berthing of passenger line ships and the protection of the port basin and functions as part of the loading dock.
