Project summary
The project envisages the development and implementation of an optimal ICT solution for a Port Community System (PCS) at the Port of Rijeka based on the Port Community System ICT solution already developed in the Port of Ploče, which can, once developed, also be used by other Croatian cargo ports.
Furthermore, the project activities include the integration of the new PCS ICT solution to the National Single Window(NSW), the Croatian Integrated Maritime Information System (CIMIS), eCustoms and existing parts of particular application systems currently used. The implementation of the project will ensure that different information systems of organizations and subjects in port operations are connected, and allow standardization and centralization of protocols and messages shared among port community members.
