Project summary
The project involved preparing a study to develop scenarios and select optimal solutions for constructing a network of permanent LNG refueling stations in Slovenia and Croatia.
The project prepared a comprehensive study that elaborated scenarios and selected optimal solutions for constructing a network of permanent LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) refueling stations along the Mediterranean Core Network Corridor. It included the installation and commissioning of three pilot LNG refueling facilities, followed by qualitative and quantitative analysis of operational data collected from these pilot stations. Based on this work, a deployment plan was developed, featuring a cost-benefit analysis, a suitable business model, and recommendations for business and technological improvements to support the full-scale rollout of LNG infrastructure along the Mediterranean Corridor (Corridor IX).
